We are seeking an experienced Joiner to join a busy repairs and maintenance team working across domestic properties in the Milton Keynes area. The Role
- You will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of joinery repairs and installations within occupied and void residential properties, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with customer expectations.
- Typical duties include:
- Repairing and installing doors, frames, skirting, flooring and internal fittings.
- Kitchen repairs and installations.
- Completing planned and reactive maintenance work.
- Maintaining accurate job records using handheld technology.
- Working closely with supervisors and scheduling teams.
- Delivering excellent customer service while working within residents' homes.

What We're Looking For
- NVQ Level 2 in Joinery or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience as a Joiner within domestic maintenance, repairs or social housing.
