Manage relationships end to end, ensuring excellent service, proactive communication, and strong collaboration. My client is looking for a Client Relations Manager to play a key strategic role in supporting and growing their UK business. Working closely with the Sales & Marketing team, you will take ownership of publishers who have signed up for sales representation services, managing their journey from onboarding through to established and successful working relationships. You will also contribute to brand building activity by creating and sharing marketing content, and presenting outcomes and insights to senior colleagues.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing clients with regular sales updates and highlighting relevant marketing opportunities.
  • Scheduling, organising, and running client meetings, sales conferences, and presentations (in person and virtual).
  • Devising, creating, and distributing content marketing campaigns across social media, digital platforms, newsletters, events, and print.
  • Collating, analysing, and presenting marketing outcomes using data-driven insights to inform future activity.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of company systems, procedures, and processes, and supporting training of colleagues when appropriate.
  • Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety policies and company procedures.

Requirements:

  • GCSEs including English and Mathematics.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in publishing or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills.
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Confidence using marketing tools such as Canva.
  • Flexible, collaborative, and comfortable working as part of a small team.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within the UK and internationally.
