Your new company: A long-established, fast-growing specialist construction business is seeking a talented Management Accountant to join its Milton Keynes team. With projects across the UK, Middle East and Asia, the business delivers high quality, rapidly deployed solutions.
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will play a key role in supporting financial performance across a broad range of projects. You'll be responsible for:
- Project and management accounting
- Business partnering a variety of non-finance stakeholders
- Leading budgeting, forecasting and cost control across the project lifecycle
- Developing and refining a standardised project costing model
- Maintaining the Fixed Asset Register and monthly depreciation
- Providing effective financial partnering to business operations
- Delivering timely and value-adding reporting to support commercial decisions
You'll need to be a fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with excellent communication and business partnering skills as well as experience working within project accounting or a project-based environment. You'll be paid £50,000-£60,000 (DOE) in a mainly office-based role (although flexibility can be considered).
