We are recruiting for a RLO to join a Social Housing retrofit project ASAP! Experience in a similar, customer-facing role is essential. You will need a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle. Temp position, up to £17.50 an hour, covering South Cumbria and North Lancashire.
Your new role
- Building strong, trusting relationships with residents from diverse backgrounds
- Providing clear, timely updates on works, access requirements, and project timelines
- Handling enquiries, concerns, and complaints with empathy and professionalism
- Carrying out home visits, welfare checks, and pre-/post-work assessments
- Working closely with contractors to coordinate appointments and minimise disruption
What you’ll need to succeed
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly
- A patient and resident-focused approach
- Experience working with diverse communities, including vulnerable residents
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a wider project team
- Full UK driving licence (often required for home visits)
