As the firm continues to attract new clients and grow its service offering, an opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Senior to join the team.

Your new role: You will manage a varied portfolio of clients, taking responsibility for the preparation of statutory accounts for limited companies, partnerships and sole traders. Working closely with managers and partners, you will prepare management accounts, corporation tax returns and assist clients with their ongoing accounting and compliance requirements.

The role offers significant client interaction, allowing you to develop trusted relationships with business owners across a range of industries. You will also collaborate with junior team members, providing support and guidance where required while contributing to the efficient delivery of client work.

What you'll need to succeed: You will have previous experience working within an accountancy practice environment and be confident preparing accounts for a broad range of clients. Candidates may be qualified, part-qualified or qualified by experience.

Strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines are essential. Experience using cloud accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks or Sage would be advantageous, alongside a proactive and client-focused approach.
