Your new roleAs a Semi-Senior Accountant, you will take ownership of a portfolio of clients, building strong relationships whilst delivering a broad range of accountancy and advisory services. You'll work alongside experienced professionals in a business that truly values flexibility, professional development and work-life balance. Key ResponsibilitiesPreparation and review of statutory accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies. Preparation of management accounts and financial reports. Completion of VAT returns and corporation tax computations. Preparation of self-assessment and partnership tax returns. Supporting bookkeeping activities and reviewing financial records. Previous experience working within an accountancy practice environment. ACA, ACCA or AAT qualification, part-qualification, or be qualified by experience. Experience preparing year-end accounts and tax returns. Strong knowledge of VAT and corporation tax compliance. Experience using accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, Sage or similar cloud-based systems. A positive, proactive attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
