I am delighted to be recruiting on behalf of my client, a growing and highly reputable organisation within the property services sector. As the business continues to expand, we are now seeking a qualified and experienced Electrician to join their successful Response team based in the Middlesbrough area. In this role, you will take the lead on delivering responsive and maintenance electrical repair works across customers’ homes, ensuring safety, quality, and an exceptional service experience. Your new role
- Conduct reactive response maintenance works such as electrical repair, maintenance, and breakdowns.
- Complete ongoing electrical testing (EICRs)
- Conducting post inspections on works that have been conducted
- You may also get involved with our other work streams; this may include void properties
- Repairs, rewire, testing and general upgrade works of void properties before they are re-let and planned programmed works too.
What you'll need to succeed
- Qualified to an NVQ level 3
- Electrical Installation with AM22391 Testing and Inspection (or equivalent)
- 18th Edition wiring regulations
- Exceptional, professional, and friendly customer service skills whilst working in customer-facing environments; in people’s homes and communal areas.
- Possession of a full current UK Driving licence, which is essential to undertake the Electrician role, with use of a company van and fuel card.
