At Ageas, we are on a mission to unlock the full value of our data, and we are looking for an experienced Metadata Lead to play a pivotal role in making this a reality. As the Metadata Lead, you will own the vision and roadmap for our metadata tooling landscape, including Collibra and Unity Catalog, ensuring they operate as a cohesive ecosystem. Working closely with Data Owners, Stewards, IT and the wider data community, you will translate technical and regulatory needs into scalable, business-focused solutions while driving adoption, value realisation and continuous improvement. This is an exciting opportunity for a metadata leader ready to drive real business value through data.
Main Responsibilities as Metadata Lead:
- Design, own and deliver the metadata roadmap.
- Lead Collibra and Unity Catalog configuration, rollout, and value realisation plans.
