An excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a growing MEP projects division, supporting a strong pipeline of long-term local work. You’ll work alongside an experienced commercial team, taking ownership of the commercial delivery across multiple live projects. This role offers real scope to develop, with ongoing training and exposure across the full project lifecycle.

Your new role

  • Manage the commercial performance of multiple live MEP projects alongside the Contracts team
  • Prepare and submit monthly valuations, maintaining accurate trackers and records
  • Set up and manage variation registers, supporting pricing, submissions and client queries
  • Issue and track contractual notifications in line with JCT / NEC requirements
  • Assist with subcontractor procurement, order preparation and supply chain coordination
  • Support monthly reporting, including cost/value reconciliations and forecasting
  • Collate sales and cost data for divisional reporting
  • Attend site visits to review progress, valuations and variation activity with project teams

What you'll need to succeed

  • MEP QS experience preferred; main contractor QS with JCT/NEC also considered
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Good IT skills, particularly Excel
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong numeracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage workload independently
  • Full UK driving licence
