They aim to improve people's quality of life by preventing, alleviating, and curing diseases, with a wide pharmaceutical portfolio specialised in areas such as Oncology, neurology, and rare diseases.
There is an opportunity for a Medical Information Vendor Support Specialist to join their Medical Information global team on an initial 6-month rolling contract. This role is inside IR35 and requires onsite presence 2/3 days per week.
Your new role involves joining the Global Medical Information team as a Medical Information Vendor Support Specialist, where you will support the Global Medical Information Vendor Manager in delivering the Global Medical Information Professional Contact Centre service, aiming to harmonise 1st line Medical Information enquiry handling worldwide. You will be responsible for liaising between the Vendor and affiliate Medical Information teams to ensure optimal service delivery in all territories. Additionally, you will initiate new countries/territories into the global service, working closely with vendor and affiliate teams to ensure timely execution of working practices, enquiry handling specifics, and contracts. You will also identify opportunities for continual improvement of the service.
What you'll need to succeed: You will hold a life sciences degree and possess experience in Medical Information and managing vendors. You should be proactive with strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to engage teams across multiple cultures to drive optimal outputs for both global and local teams. Comfort in dealing with challenges arising from different countries and a solution-finding mindset are essential.
