As the Payroll Officer, you will support the Finance Director and Payroll Manager with end to end payroll administration. Your responsibilities will include:
- Monthly payroll reconciliations and Workday-to-payroll data checks
- Managing invoices, third party payments, and control reports
- Maintaining employee data and approving ServiceNow updates
- Liaising with benefits providers and supporting annual enrolment
- Managing the shared payroll mailbox and coordinating with stakeholders
- Supporting ADP updates and monthly payroll processing
What you will need to succeed:
- Previous Payroll Officer/Administrator experience
- Strong UK and/or Ireland payroll legislation knowledge
- Experience with managed payroll providers
- Excellent accuracy, reconciliation ability, and communication skills
- Confident Excel user (pivot tables, lookups, SUMIFs)
- Desirable: ADP experience and exposure to payroll system implementations.
