HAYS Marketing is working in partnership with a well-established leading organisation in the property sector who are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager or a Head of Marketing to lead its marketing function and drive strategic growth. This is a full-time, onsite role based in Leicestershire, reporting directly to the Managing Director.
The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the marketing department, overseeing workload and team performance.
- Maintain and optimise the company website (WordPress), ensuring SEO best practices.
- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms to boost engagement.
- Design and deliver segmented email marketing campaigns with performance tracking.
- Build and manage B2B campaigns with full visibility of pipeline performance.
- Collaborate on high-quality content creation for multiple channels.
- Leverage CRM platforms to enhance marketing operations and customer journeys.
- Monitor analytics using GA4 and other tools to inform strategy and reporting.
- Support event planning and delivery, including webinars and networking initiatives.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
