Hays are representing a well-established and award-winning food manufacturer that is passionate about enhancing wellbeing through sustainable nutrition to recruit a Marketing Manager for a 12 month maternity cover, until July 2026.

As Marketing Manager (Maternity Cover), you will play a pivotal role in leading the marketing function during a key period of brand activity. Reporting to senior leadership, you'll be responsible for managing the marketing team and ensuring the successful execution of the annual brand plan across multiple channels.

  • Overseeing the implementation of the brand strategy and marketing calendar.
  • Leading and supporting a team of marketing professionals.
  • Collaborating with Sales, New Product Development, and E-commerce teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Managing the marketing budget and ensuring cost-effective campaign delivery.
  • Coordinating international marketing activities and supporting global brand growth.
  • Ensuring consistency in brand messaging and creative assets across all platforms.

This is a temporary role expected to conclude in July 2026, offering a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Requirements:

  • A degree-level qualification in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • A minimum of one year's experience in a senior marketing role, ideally within the FMCG sector.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and experience with digital asset management.
  • A flexible approach and willingness to travel internationally on occasion.
