Marketing Administrator

Marketing Administrator Your new company Hays are recruiting for a temporary marketing administrator in Salford Quays, Manchester. This role is an immediate start. Your new role As the Marketing Administrator, you will support the marketing team in executing campaigns, managing administrative tasks, coordinating events, and maintaining marketing systems and databases.

This role is ideal for someone highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about marketing operations. Key responsibilities include: Assist in the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. Maintain and update marketing databases, CRM systems, and mailing lists.

Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials (e.g., brochures, presentations, newsletters). Liaise with external suppliers, agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets. Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics and analytics.

Organise and support marketing events, trade shows, and webinars. Manage the marketing calendar and ensure deadlines are met. Process invoices, purchase orders, and budget tracking for marketing activities.

Assist with social media scheduling and content uploads. Provide general administrative support to the marketing team. What you'll need to succeed You will have: Previous experience in a marketing administrative role (1–2 years preferred).

Strong organisational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
