Manufacturing Engineer
Assignment Type: Temporary, ongoing basis where you will be engaged via Hays
Location: Chichester

The Worldβs pre-eminent super-luxury automotive brand based in Goodwood, near Chichester, West Sussex, which comprises its global headquarters and Global Centre of Luxury Manufacturing Excellence.
The Role
Hays are recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a Manufacturing Engineer to join our client on an ongoing long term temporary assignment for an approximate duration of 12 months (rolling, reviewed annually).
The successful Engineer will assume the responsibility for managing and implementing change processes including areas such as special tools, fixtures and equipment. Responsible for the procurement and proof of ability for functionality as well as holding responsibility for risk management including evaluation. Planning the finances needed for all processes and project planning and implementation.
Skills & Qualifications
The successful candidate will have significant experience within manufacturing and hold an Engineering degree or equivalent. They will have change and project management experience coupled with a proven background of supporting a production team with challenges. The ideal candidate will have examples of process improvement they have implemented in a manufacturing environment and evidence of how they manage process documentation.
