As a Working Site Foreman / Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a small team while remaining hands-on throughout the project. Duties will include:
- Supervising labourers and coordinating day-to-day site activity
- Stripping off external wall tiles and assisting with demolition works
- Preparing surfaces for re-rendering
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
- Ensuring work progresses in line with schedule and quality expectations
This is a working foreman role, so you will be expected to lead from the front and get actively involved in the work.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Proven experience as a Site Foreman or Supervisor within refurbishment or external works
- Strong willingness to be hands-on and work alongside labourers
