We are seeking two qualified Mechanical Engineers to join a busy team, working within commercial building services, facilities management (FM), or critical environments. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced engineers who are confident carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance while contributing to a high-performing engineering team.

Initial Training Period: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00 (first 2 weeks)

After Training (Rotating Shift Pattern): 06:30 - 15:00, 13:30 - 22:00

Your new role:

  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks
  • Maintain and repair mechanical systems and plant equipment
  • Ensure all work is completed in line with health & safety standards and compliance regulations
  • Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs
  • Support the smooth running of building services systems
  • Work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and multi-skilled engineering practices

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Qualified Mechanical Engineer with relevant NVQ / City & Guilds qualifications
  • Proven experience within commercial building services, FM, or critical environments
  • Strong knowledge of at least one of the following: HVAC systems, Mechanical plant, Water systems, Gas systems
