Your new company is a fast-growing MSP based in Manchester that offers IT Managed Services across WAN/LAN, Datacentres, Wireless Networks and Network Security.
Your new role involves leading large, complex transformation and integration projects end-to-end, which could include data migrations and system consolidation. As the Senior Project Manager, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the desired specification, while coordinating multiple workstreams across IT, Operations, Finance and HR. You will manage both internal and external stakeholders, manage risks and compliance, drive process and cultural change, and leverage tools such as Excel and Power BI for structured planning, reporting and governance.
They are ideally seeking candidates with:
- 5-10 years of Project Management experience, with at least 5 years leading complex, cross-functional projects.
- Experience in an IT MSP or Telecoms environment, ideally with business integrations, system upgrades or major organisational change.
- A proven track record of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and delivering integration projects involving people, processes, systems, data and customers.
- Knowledge of systems consolidation and data migration including CRM, ERP, Finance, Billing and HR platforms.
- Strong governance and reporting skills, comfortable running RAID logs, benefits trackers and budgets.
- Project Management certification including PRINCE2 Practitioner, MSP, or PMP is highly desirable.
- MUST be eligible to gain BPSS security clearance (full RTW in the UK / verified record of employment for 3-5 years / DBS criminal record check).
You can expect a competitive salary in the region of £65,000 to £85,000 (depending on experience) along with a range of benefits including pension contribution, private healthcare, life assurance and flexible and hybrid working (office based 3 days a week Mon/Wed/Thu).
