This growing Regulatory Affairs Consultancy has just won a new project with a repeat client and is looking for Regulatory Affairs Project Management support for Middle East and North Africa markets. This is a remote, outside IR35, contract job.
The Project Manager will provide regional oversight across the Middle East and Africa activities, ensuring timely delivery of key workstreams while supporting strategic prioritisation, stakeholder alignment, and operational excellence. This role requires a seasoned professional capable of managing complexity, engaging senior stakeholders, and driving results in a fast-paced, multi-market environment.
As Regulatory Affairs Project Manager, you will:
- Provide end-to-end oversight of project activities and deliverables across the MEA region.
- Monitor progress against timelines, milestones, and resource plans to ensure efficient delivery.
- Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
- Partner closely with regional and global leadership to define priorities and balance competing demands.
- Ensure focus remains on high-impact initiatives aligned with regional objectives.
- Support teams in resolving urgent, complex, or escalated issues.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all deliverables-related matters.
- Facilitate effective collaboration between client-facing teams, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
- Provide clear, structured status updates to senior leadership on progress, risks, and key outcomes.
- Participate in regular operational and governance meetings with regional stakeholders.
- Drive structured discussions on progress, challenges, and forward planning.
- Capture key decisions, actions, and ownership to ensure accountability and follow-through.
Substantial experience in Regulatory Affairs with expertise in MENA markets is required.
Remote working, outside IR35 status.
