A growing Manchester-based consultancy is looking to strengthen its Building Surveying team, delivering high-quality insights across residential, commercial and public sector projects. Due to continued growth, the business is seeking a skilled Senior/Associate Building Surveyor to join its dynamic and collaborative team, combining professional excellence with a positive working culture.

Your new role

  • Working with Commercial clients on Dilapidations, Contract Administration, Schedules of Condition, Pre-Acquisition Surveys, and PPMs.
  • Administer contracts and oversee project development from initiation to completion.
  • Collaborate with other surveyors, contractors, and clients to ensure high standards of project execution and deadlines are met.
  • Take the lead in developing fellow surveyors by actively supporting the Quality Assurance process and providing coaching to enhance their skills, motivation, and professional growth.
  • Participate in weekly meetings to discuss project progress and strategies.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Chartered Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) or close to becoming chartered in the next 12 months.
  • Proven experience in residential and commercial surveying.
  • A valid driving licence and willingness to travel as needed.
