Currently recruiting a Project Manager with RIBA experience, to join the National Programmes team on retail projects in the North West. Your new role Carrying out assigned duties efficiently and in accordance with processes and proceduresManaging multiple projects across a mix of prestigious retail / industrial clientsComply with established procurement/commercial/contractual strategiesTake personal accountability for complying with Environmental, Health, Safety, Security and Quality StandardsManagement and preparation of key stage reports from feasibility through to completion and post-handoverEnsuring business objectives of delivering value for money in all circumstancesManagement of meetings, taking and preparation of minutesRunning the bidding process, including managing queries from tendering contractorsManaging multiple projects on ‘LIVE’ operational sitesAssistance with the preparation of contract documentsManagement of multidisciplinary project teamsWhat you'll need to succeed The ideal candidate will demonstrate a positive, proactive approach to the role, and will be delivering customer service excellence, with good commercial results.QualificationsConstruction Project Management degree or a similar surveying-related qualification with extensive technical delivery experience in a similar roleWell-organised, diligent, proactive, well-disciplined and commercially astuteExperienceNEC experienceFamiliarity with design processRIBA experienceBehavioursExcellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbalExcellent customer service, communication and client/external interface skillsA track record of working with teams and managing projects by prioritising workloads and delivering to deadlinesWhat you'll get in return Hybrid Working - Working patterns to support your work-life balance.
