You will be joining a growing professional services organisation with a strong national payroll function. You will play a key role in supporting and developing payroll controls, compliance, and risk management across the national payroll service line, including:
- Ensuring robust controls and compliance are built into payroll service delivery.
- Continuously reviewing and improving payroll processes and assessing proposed operational changes.
- Managing the risk register, monitoring service delivery risks, and overseeing incident reporting.
- Managing a team within the payroll controls and compliance function.
- Supporting the development of wider risk and control strategies.
