Your new role
As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for managing and reducing aged debt, maintaining positive relationships with customers, and ensuring timely payment of outstanding invoices. This role is ideal for someone who takes a personable, empathetic approach to credit control and understands the importance of maintaining strong customer relationships while effectively managing cash flow.
- Escalate complex accounts where necessary while maintaining a customer-first approach
- Maintain accurate records of communications and account activity
- Previous experience in a credit control role is essential
2 days per week - Flexible options available: 2 full days (9:00am - 5:00pm with 1-hour lunch), or spread across 3 shorter days to suit your schedule. Hybrid working available, with the flexibility to work from home.
