Your new role
As a Multi-Skilled Joiner, you will be part of a busy and supportive Repairs & Maintenance team delivering responsive repairs across residential properties. This is a varied, hands-on role where you will:
- Carry out joinery works alongside a range of multi-trade repairs
- Complete tasks such as basic plumbing, tiling, plastering, flooring, and damp & mould treatment
- Work in both occupied and void properties
- Provide a high standard of customer service when interacting with residents
The role is full-time (39 hours per week), with an early finish on Fridays and participation in an out-of-hours call-out rota.
What you'll need to succeed
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Joinery
- Proven experience across multiple trades including plumbing, tiling, plastering, flooring, and damp/mould work
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
- Full UK driving licence
- Ideally, experience within social housing or a similar environment
