Your new roleAs a Corporate Tax Senior Manager, you'll work closely with our Tax Partners and wider team to deliver specialist tax advisory and compliance services that help clients achieve their wider objectives. You'll manage a portfolio of complex business tax clients and lead on advisory projects, including: Reviewing tax returns, computations, and tax accounting disclosuresSigning out tax returns for complex clients independentlyAdvising on corporate tax planning, restructuring, and complianceSupporting clients with HMRC enquiries and disputesCollaborating with audit and advisory teams to provide a seamless serviceDriving business development opportunities and contributing to firm-wide improvementsCoaching and mentoring junior team membersHowever, if it's 100% compliance you're looking for, or 100% advisory, we're happy to consider applications for both. What you'll need to succeedExtensive experience delivering corporate tax advisory and/or compliance workProfessional qualification (CTA, ACA, or equivalent)Strong technical knowledge across corporate tax and shareholder taxesExperience managing a variety of clients (large corporate groups, AIM-listed, private equity-backed, owner-managed businesses)Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationshipsA collaborative mindset and passion for developing othersA knack for removing jargon and delivering a "wow!"
