Your new role involves keeping the bank's technology systems running smoothly and responding quickly when issues arise. This role focuses on operational excellence through detecting, predicting, and preventing customer and business-impacting technology incidents, while ensuring rapid service restoration when disruptions occur. The role operates a fixed shift pattern of 07:00 - 16:00.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Good understanding of IT infrastructure, Cloud technology, and network operations.
- Experience with monitoring tools (Essential).
- Some experience with incident management (Essential).
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel.
- Knowledge of Remedy and ServiceNow.
- Familiarity with ITIL principles (certifications desirable).
