Your new roleYou will join a specialist Professional Indemnity team, managing a varied caseload of complex and high-value claims on behalf of insurer clients. Managing your own caseload of professional indemnity matters with minimal supervision.
Defending claims against construction professionals, including architects and engineers.
Acting on claims against solicitors and other professional service providers.
Assisting partners on large-scale and technically complex litigation.
Strong professional indemnity experience, ideally involving construction professionals and/or solicitor negligence claims.
Experience handling insurance litigation and policy coverage matters.
Knowledge of professional risk claims, reserving and claims management processes.
Commercial understanding of the insurance market, including insurers, brokers and underwriters.
A proactive, commercial and solutions-focused approach to litigation.
