They invest right across a range of sectors including office, retail, leisure, industrial, residential and healthcare sectors. Due to continued growth, they are looking to expand the in-house property management team with a Head of Property based in central Manchester to manage their own portfolio. The business is split into three areas: Property Management, Asset Management and Investment.
Your new role This opportunity could fall in either property management or asset management depending on the candidate's background. A lot of the properties they own are largely in mixed-use office space which you would manage. You will join a wider team of thirteen professionals with plans to continue to grow. They operate nationally, but the bulk of the work would be in the North West patch.
What you'll need to succeed The ideal candidate will be MRICS and able to win business with new clients or potentially bring clients / landlords with them. It may suit someone who has worked for a large consultancy or an SME and feels they want to work in a more entrepreneurial organisation.
