The role offers exposure to complex and high-value matters, including contractual disputes, shareholder and partnership issues, professional negligence claims and other commercial disputes. Alongside running your own caseload, you will support business development initiatives, build client relationships and help mentor junior members of the team.What you'll need to succeed You should be an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor, ideally operating at Senior Associate level or an ambitious Associate ready to step into a more senior position.
