Excellent opportunity to join an established and forward-thinking property consultancy as an APC level Building Surveyor. This role offers the opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of projects, supporting clients in both the public and private sectors. You will be joining an organisation that offers market-leading APC support, including in-house APC Assessors, structured training and support from a like-minded peer group who are at differing stages of the APC programme. This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring Chartered Building Surveyor who is looking to gain exposure to high-profile projects whilst working towards becoming MRICS.
As the APC Building Surveyor, you will assist with delivering a wide range of building surveying services with a focus on project management. You will undertake condition surveys, support with contract administration and specification writing and build relationships with clients. As you gain experience, you will take on greater levels of project responsibility and gain exposure to a wide variety of project types in order to complete your APC.
In order to be successful for this role, you should have an RICS accredited Building Surveying degree and have gained work experience as a Building Surveyor. Applications from those looking to start their APC, or who have already embarked on their APC, are welcomed. You should have excellent written and verbal communication skills and will be required to provide a vehicle for work purposes. Business mileage expenses will be paid.
In return, you will receive a competitive salary, hybrid working, 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), fully-funded APC support, pension and discretionary bonus. During your APC, you will receive annual salary reviews and you will be considered for further career opportunities once MRICS.
