Your new company
You\’ll be joining a major infrastructure organisation delivering essential works across Scotland\’s energy network. With a strong pipeline of projects and a new team being established, they\’re seeking interim support to manage commercial operations during this transition for roughly 12 months.
Your new role
As Managing Quantity Surveyor, you\’ll be based in either Livingston or Aberdeen, with regular travel to sites along the east coast of Scotland. This is a 12-month contract role, supporting the business through a period of growth and change. You\’ll oversee commercial delivery, manage subcontractor accounts, support cost reporting, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations across multiple active sites.
What you\’ll need to succeed
You\’ll be an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in infrastructure or utilities:
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects.
- Working independently is essential.
- Experience with NEC contracts essential.
- Working in a client-side environment will be highly beneficial.A driving licence is essential for travelling.
