Hays Senior Finance is delighted to be partnering with a manufacturing organisation in the Doncaster area who are looking to add a Finance Business Partner to their finance team through a period of sustained growth.
Your new role
As FA fantastic opportunity has arisen for a newly created finance business partner, acting as main point of contact for key business areas while supporting the business with key reporting as well as ad hoc project.
Main responsibilities include
- Preparation of management accounts supporting analysis for the management team
- Create and monitor KPI’s for key business areas
- Business partner with various site teams and internal departments to ensure the best financial practice is implemented.
- Work to month-end deadlines
- Identify areas for continuous improvement
What you’ll need to succeed
- An accountancy qualification (ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Experience of management accounts and business partnering
- Broad ERP experience
- Demonstrable experience with strong stakeholder management
