Due to continued expansion and progression within their market, this exciting forward-thinking company is now looking for an experienced electrical maintenance team leader/supervisor or similar to oversee and manage a small maintenance team. Offering a range of benefits such as enhanced pension, annual bonus, flexible working arrangements and more, this is an excellent time for an experienced Essential duties and responsibilities: Arrange and oversee planned maintenance planning, preparation, execution and post reporting. Work with production and planning teams to maximise production capacity. Control and management of spare parts, repairable items and other stock Ensure maintenance standards are continually kept to. Maintain any maintenance records and documentation Uphold a strong level of health & safety throughout the team. This is just a summed-up list of responsibilities and other duties will be required.
