South Cambridge Salary-Negotiable Depending on experience Monday-Friday days with flexibility The company: You will be joining a market-leading manufacturing business specialising in the production of a wide range of equipment and components used in the aerospace, defence and industrial industries. Due to continued expansion and progression within their market, this exciting forward-thinking company is now looking for an experienced electrical maintenance team leader/supervisor or similar to oversee and manage a small maintenance team. Offering a range of benefits such as enhanced pension, annual bonus, flexible working arrangements and more, this is an excellent time for an experienced Essential duties and responsibilities: Arrange and oversee planned maintenance planning, preparation, execution and post reporting. Work with production and planning teams to maximise production capacity. Control and management of spare parts, repairable items and other stock Ensure maintenance standards are continually kept to. Maintain any maintenance records and documentation Uphold a strong level of health & safety throughout the team. This is just a summed-up list of responsibilities and other duties will be required. Skills and Experience required: Recognised Electrical Engineering Degree or equivalent. 18TH Edition Ability to manage several tasks and responsibilities at once. Experience within a leadership role or relevant experience being able to show you can take the next step.
