Maintenance Supervisor
We are looking for a maintenance supervisor to join a facilities team at a leading university responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of the university’s building mechanical/electrical systems and equipment.
Located at the Chelmsford campus, you will lead a small team of Maintenance Craftspersons with the responsibility for facilities operational management to ensure all services and building operational requirements are met and delivered. You will lead on the inspection, service, repair, and maintenance of mechanical & electrical equipment and the install and commission of new equipment.
You will hold a qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. With previous technical hands-on field experience, ideally gained in a multi-site environment, you will have strong interpersonal communication and organisational skills and the ability to motivate a team to drive performance.
A full UK driving licence is required for this role also.
