Hays are currently seeking a dedicated and proactive Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance, safety, and operational management across two premises in Sheffield. This plays a key role in ensuring the environment is safe, secure, and well-maintained at all times. This would suit an experienced Manager who has worked across multiple sites, ideally within the leisure industry.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the upkeep and maintenance of the leisure facilities, buildings and grounds.
- Oversee health and safety compliance, ensuring regulations are met.
- Conduct regular inspections and coordinate repairs and maintenance work.
- Supervise cleaning, site security, and general operational tasks.
