Your new companyOur client is a reputable contractor committed to providing high-quality housing and maintenance services. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced maintenance joiner to join our team on a temporary basis.
Your new roleYour responsibilities will include both the installation and maintenance of building fabric in residential properties, including;
What you’ll need to succeedOur client is looking for joiners whose background is maintenance joinery and are comfortable in a maintenance environment, working with members of the public. Successful candidates will preferably have experience in maintenance joinery in residential as well as commercial properties.Main requirements:
- Proven experience as a maintenance joiner
- Relevant joinery qualifications (e.g. NVQ level 3 in carpentry)
- Valid UK driving licence
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship
