About the Role
Hays Construction & Property is proud to partner with one of the UK’s leading Facilities Management organisations to recruit an experienced and qualified Electrician for work across the Kent region, based primarily in the Maidstone area. Due to new contract wins, the team is expanding and seeking a skilled professional to support their growing maintenance workload.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Reactive electrical repairs across commercial and domestic properties
- Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks
- Fault-finding, testing and inspection
- Ensuring all work is carried out safely and to current regulations
You’ll be working across a variety of sites in Kent, using a company vehicle to travel between locations.
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, reliable, motivated and professional
- Able to work independently and as part of a wider maintenance team
- Experienced in electrical maintenance within commercial or domestic environments
- Confident fault-finding and completing a range of repairs
Essential Requirements:
- 18th Edition qualification (minimum)
- Proven experience in similar electrical roles
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Strong technical knowledge and commitment to high standards
