Project: Groundworks Package – New Build Residential Development
We currently have a vacancy for an experienced Groundwork Foreman to oversee the groundwork package for a new-build residential development in Canterbury, starting in August 2025. This is a great opportunity to lead a skilled team on a high-quality housing project.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate groundwork teams on site.
- Ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to specification.
- Manage daily site activities including excavation, drainage, foundations, and external works.
- Liaise with site management, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Maintain high standards of health & safety and quality control.
- Proven experience as a Groundwork Foreman on residential projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of groundwork processes including drainage, foundations, and site preparation.
- SSSTS or SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications preferred.
