The Role
As a mid-senior Business Intelligence Developer / Senior Reporting Analyst, you will take ownership of designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality reports and dashboards that drive decision-making across the group. You will work with stakeholders across finance, operations, commercial and project teams, translating real business needs into reliable, insightful reporting. This role is ideal for someone detail-driven, analytical, and confident working independently.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing, developing, and maintaining reports and dashboards using Power BI, SSRS, and Crystal Reports
- Writing and optimising MS SQL Server queries, views, and stored procedures
- Translating business requirements into clear, actionable reporting solutions
- Ensuring accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across a growing organisation
- Proactively investigating and resolving data discrepancies
- Working directly with stakeholders to enhance and modernise reporting
- Managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment

- Proven experience in a BI Developer or Senior Reporting Analyst role
- Strong SQL Server expertise (T-SQL, query tuning, optimisation)
- Solid Power BI development experience
- Experience with SSRS and Crystal Reports
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks and projects
