Your new role
- The general maintenance person and maintenance works around the site.
- Basic joinery, patching, snagging and finishing tasks.
- Adjusting doors, ironmongery and fixtures.
- Making good work following trades.
- Installing and repairing minor fixtures and fittings.
- Site upkeep and ensuring work areas remain safe and tidy.
- Assisting site management with a range of practical tasks.
- Identifying and resolving minor defects.
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience working as a Maintenance person, Multi-Skilled Operative or Maintenance Operative.
- Valid CSCS Card.
- Own hand tools and PPE.
