They are investing in strengthening key processes that directly impact colleague experience, operational performance and business outcomes.As part of this commitment, they are creating a new Senior Product Owner position to take ownership of a critical enterprise-wide incentive scheme. Reporting into a senior operational leader, this role will work across Operations, Finance, Data, IT and People functions to ensure the successful delivery, governance and ongoing evolution of a business-critical process that supports colleague engagement and performance.Your new roleThis is a highly visible role with responsibility for the end-to-end ownership, performance and continuous improvement of a large-scale colleague incentive scheme.You will take operational ownership of the scheme, ensuring that data, calculations, governance controls and delivery processes operate accurately, consistently and reliably.
