As part of this commitment, they are creating a new Senior Product Owner position to take ownership of a critical enterprise-wide incentive scheme.

Reporting into a senior operational leader, this role will work across Operations, Finance, Data, IT and People functions to ensure the successful delivery, governance and ongoing evolution of a business-critical process that supports colleague engagement and performance.

Your new role This is a highly visible role with responsibility for the end-to-end ownership, performance and continuous improvement of a large-scale colleague incentive scheme.

You will take operational ownership of the scheme, ensuring that data, calculations, governance controls and delivery processes operate accurately, consistently and reliably.

The role requires someone who can bring structure to a complex environment, drive accountability across multiple business functions and provide clear leadership where priorities, ownership or governance need strengthening.

Working closely with senior leaders across the business, you will oversee the monthly delivery cycle, identify and resolve operational issues, improve data quality and controls, and ensure the scheme continues to evolve in line with business priorities.

Key responsibilities include: Taking end-to-end ownership of the incentive scheme from data inputs through to final payment.

Leading the monthly operational delivery cycle, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.

Identifying, investigating and resolving issues that impact delivery, consistency or accuracy.

Working with operational, finance, data and technology teams to improve data quality and process effectiveness.

Establishing and embedding governance, controls and validation processes.

Managing risks, dependencies and stakeholder accountabilities across multiple functions.

Providing insight into scheme performance, trends and areas for improvement.

Delivering tactical improvements that reduce risk and improve reliability.

Developing a longer-term roadmap for future enhancement and evolution of the scheme What you'll need to succeed We're looking for an experienced Product Owner, Business Process Owner or operational leader who has successfully managed complex, business-critical processes in a large organisational environment.

You will be comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy, influencing senior stakeholders and taking ownership of outcomes across multiple teams and departments.

This role would suit someone who enjoys bringing clarity to complexity and can balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational delivery.
