Part Time Client Bookkeeper job opportunity based near Harpenden. Our client is a well-established accountancy firm based just outside of Luton. As a Client Bookkeeper, you will be working with a varied client portfolio covering tasks such as:

  • Bookkeeping
  • VAT returns
  • Management accounts
  • Payment processing
  • Financial forecasting

You will be ideally skilled in cloud-based bookkeeping software such as Xero, Sage and QuickBooks. Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing management accounts from client records
  • Posting entries and reconciling accounts for management reporting
  • Maintaining clients' cashbooks using various software systems
  • Performing bookkeeping and VAT tasks

This role can be on either a Part Time (c25 hours) or Full Time basis. Free on-site parking is available within a rural setting, so a car is required to get to the office.
