About the role

As a

Car Fleet Administrator, you will be providing a customer focused first line response to the business and be responsible for the delivery of all aspects of the provision and management of the fleet.

Shifts: Monday – Friday (37.5 hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • To be the first point of contact for employees on a wide range of Car Fleet issues including cars, car allowances, general car maintenance and services issues.
  • Carrying out a range of fleet management activities as required in relation to items such as vehicle ordering, parking fines, congestion charging, fuel cards, vehicle reallocation, risk management.

The must haves

  • Experience working within a company car environment such as process administration and query resolution.
  • Previously worked within car fleet
  • Experience working on car fleet systems.
  • MS Office packages in particular Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Able to be working in an environment where tasks can change
