About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable, skilled, and customer-focused Maintenance Worker to join our social housing team. In this role, you’ll travel from property to property carrying out essential repairs, ensuring our tenants live in safe, well-maintained homes. Every day brings something different, and you’ll play a key part in improving the quality of life for the residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out day-to-day maintenance and repair tasks across a range of social housing properties
- Diagnose issues and complete work to a high standard
- Travel between sites using a company vehicle (full UK driving licence required and over 25 for insurance purposes)
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly with tenants
- Identify and report any issues requiring further attention or specialist contractors
