Your new roleThe organisation is seeking either a Legal Officer (NQ-2 PQE) or a Lawyer (3+ PQE) to join the team. appointment will depend on your experience and background. legal advice on enforcement and regulatory matters, support or lead litigation
stakeholders, and contribute to the effective delivery of legal services across
those joining at Legal Officer level, this role offers an excellent platform to
develop litigation, advocacy and regulatory law experience with support from
responsibility for managing complex cases, providing strategic legal advice and
Barrister or Chartered Legal Executive. Strong legal research,
clear, practical legal advice and exercise sound judgement. An interest in or substantial experience of litigation, regulatory enforcement, tribunal proceedings,
investigations or advocacy. level, experience handling more complex litigation, enforcement or
regulatory matters will be expected.
