As a trusted business partner to functional teams across the UK&I business, you will advise on broad commercial transactions, negotiate and review business-critical commercial agreements and support ongoing internal legal compliance matters. The role will further entail advising on occasional real estate transactions, analysing disputes, supporting on advertising and marketing matters and advising on data privacy elements. Candidates should have some measure of in-house experience in a commercial environment. Exposure within the retail, FMCG or consumer industries is valued but is not essential.
