Hays are recruiting a contractor on behalf of a global bank to join their Transaction Relationship Management team within their debt team. As a Transaction Relationship Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering structured finance, loan, and trade finance services. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing, negotiating, and executing documentation for new issuances and amendments.
  • Managing a portfolio of structured finance, trade finance, and loan transactions.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for allocated clients, fostering strong relationships.
  • Ensuring accurate setup, maintenance, and post-closure management of transactions.
  • Managing client/account coverage, including annual reviews and KYC renewals.
  • Participating in deal reviews, billing management, and operational liaison activities.
  • Supporting Sales and Product teams on new business opportunities and product developments.
  • Upholding audit and control standards to ensure compliance.
