Your new role as an Outbound Telesales Executive involves engaging proactively with existing and prospective customers, introducing the company's services, and identifying opportunities to secure new business and retain existing customers. You will build strong relationships over the telephone, understand individual customer requirements, and provide tailored solutions. Additionally, you will guide customers through contract renewals, maintain accurate records using CRM systems, and manage a structured sales pipeline to ensure effective follow-up on opportunities.
