This is a highly visible role requiring strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking and the ability to influence at the highest levels of the organisation.Key responsibilities will include:Partnering with senior leaders to develop and deliver people strategies aligned to organisational goals.Leading workforce planning, organisational design and change initiatives.Coaching, challenging and supporting leaders on complex people and organisational matters.Driving strategic HR projects that enhance organisational capability and effectiveness.Supporting talent, succession and performance management activities.Advising on governance, organisational risk and workforce implications.Using people data, insight and market intelligence to support informed decision-making.Building strong relationships across the business to influence outcomes and drive accountability.Supporting broader transformation and change programmes across the organisation.What You'll Need to SucceedTo be successful in this role, you will be an experienced HR Business Partner with a proven track record of operating within complex organisations and influencing senior stakeholders.You will ideally demonstrate:CIPD qualification.Significant experience in senior HR Business Partnering roles.Experience within Financial Services, Asset Management, Banking, Insurance, Professional Services, Consulting or another regulated environment.Strong organisational design, workforce planning and change management expertise.Experience partnering with Executive Committees, senior leadership teams and complex stakeholder groups.A track record of developing and delivering people strategies that support business objectives.Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking capability.Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.Experience leading or supporting large-scale transformation programmes.Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
